You will learn about coconut botany, traditional uses, and the current environmental challenges—such as the Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle. The highlight is the hands-on session where you will learn how to properly open and harvest a coconut, followed by a refreshing tasting of its juice and meat.

The adventure continues with a scenic drive along the coast, passing world-famous surf spots like Waimea Bay and Sunset Beach, concluding with free time to explore the charming shops and eateries of historic Haleiwa Town.
